About

I’m a software engineer with 6+ years of experience building healthcare software and serverless applications on AWS and GCP. At Lucence Diagnostics, I grew from Software Engineer to Software Engineering Lead and helped cut laboratory turnaround time from 14 to 5 days through workflow automation built around users’ needs.

I moved from marine engineering into software in 2017 to pursue the career I wanted. Working across marine engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, and healthcare taught me to learn new domains quickly and adapt to different teams. I bring attention to detail, a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to mentoring junior developers.

I’ve held the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification since 2021 and am pursuing a Master of Engineering in Software Systems Engineering at the University of Regina. I keep developing my skills through hands-on work and study.
